Child Safety Standards

SANAD is committed to maintaining a safe environment for all users. In accordance with Google Play's Child Safety Standards policy for social applications, we implement rigorous protections against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE).

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

SANAD has a zero-tolerance policy towards any content or behavior that exploits or abuses children. We strictly prohibit the production, distribution, or promotion of Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) and any form of grooming or sexual extortion involving minors.

2. Defining CSAE

We define CSAE (Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation) as any harmful behavior towards children, including: • CSAM: Visual representations of minors engaged in sexually explicit conduct. • Grooming: Behavior intended to establish an emotional connection with a minor to facilitate abuse. • Sexual Extortion: Coercing minors using sensitive content or threats. • Promotion: Encouraging or facilitating child abuse.

3. Reporting Mechanisms

Users can report child safety concerns through the following channels: • In-App Reporting: Use the 'Signal Profile' or 'Signal Group' feature on any user profile or group page. • Direct Email: Send an urgent report to support@sanadapp.co. • Response Time: All reports are reviewed by our safety operations center within 24 hours.

4. Legal Compliance & Reporting

SANAD complies with regional and international reporting requirements. We report all confirmed instances of CSAE to the National Center for Missing & Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant Algerian law enforcement authorities.
