Refund Policy
1. Group Commitment Refunds
Commitment fees paid during the group formation phase are fully refundable if the group fails to reach its required membership count within the specified protocol timeline. These refunds are triggered automatically by the system.
2. Identity Verification Fees
One-time identity verification fees (300 DZD) are non-refundable once the Bawab Protocol processing has commenced. This fee covers the costs of government ID verification and biometric cross-matching.
3. Subscriptions (Premium Nodes)
Monthly subscriptions for Premium Nodes can be cancelled at any time. Cancellations will take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. SANAD does not provide partial refunds for unused days within a billing period.
4. Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are processed back to the original payment method (CIB or Edahabia). While SANAD initiates the refund immediately, it may take 7 to 14 business days for the funds to appear in your account, depending on your bank's processing times.
