By accessing or using the Sanad platform, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and all applicable laws and regulations in the People's Democratic Republic of Algeria. If you do not agree with any of these terms, you are prohibited from using or accessing this site.

Sanad provides a trust infrastructure for the co-economy, including co-living, co-saving (Daret), and co-buying protocols. Our platform acts as a high-stakes trust gateway, facilitating the formation of verified collectives through the Bawab Protocol.

To ensure a high-trust environment, all users must undergo verification via the Bawab Protocol. This includes: • Identity Verification: Providing a valid government-issued ID. • Financial Vetting: Uploading proof of financial capacity. By using Sanad, you consent to this verification process in accordance with Algerian Law No. 15-04 and 18-05.

Users must: • Provide accurate and truthful information. • Maintain the security of their account credentials. • Respect other members of the collective. • Comply with all local regulations and public order (ordre public).

Access to certain protocols may require payment of fees (Explorer, Verified, or Premium tiers). Payments are processed through verified Algerian gateways (CIB, Edahabia). Commitment fees for failed groups are refunded in accordance with Law No. 04-02 regarding commercial practices.

Sanad acts as a technical intermediary and matchmaking platform. We are not responsible for the direct actions of users within their collectives or for third-party disputes, in accordance with the liability limitations set forth in Law No. 18-05 regarding electronic commerce.

The Sanad brand, platform architecture, and proprietary algorithms are the exclusive property of Nexus Tech DZ. Unauthorized reproduction or use is strictly prohibited.

These terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Algeria. Any disputes arising from the use of the platform shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Algiers.
