• Financial Data: Proof of financial capacity (payslips or bank statements) to ensure commitment to collectives.
• Compatibility Data: Answers to lifestyle and professional questionnaires for our matching engine.
2. Purpose of Processing
Your data is processed for the following purposes:
• Verification: To confirm your identity via the Bawab Protocol and maintain a high-trust network.
• Matching: To connect you with compatible groups and individuals using our AI matchmaking models.
• Communication: To send you updates about your groups, security alerts, and system notifications.
• Compliance: To adhere to Algerian legal and regulatory requirements (Law No. 18-07).
3. Data Protection and Security
We implement robust technical and organizational measures to protect your personal data against unauthorized access, loss, or alteration, in accordance with Articles 30 and 31 of Law No. 18-07. All sensitive data is encrypted at rest and in transit.
4. Data Retention
We retain your data only as long as necessary for the purposes for which it was collected, or as required by law. Biometric data used for one-time verification is not stored beyond the matching process.

Under Law No. 18-07, you have the following rights:
• Right of Access: You can request a copy of your personal data.
• Right to Rectification: You can request the correction of inaccurate data.
• Right to Opposition: You can object to the processing of your data for legitimate reasons.
• Right to Deletion: You can request the deletion of your data when it is no longer necessary.
6. International Transfers
Your personal data is primarily stored in Algeria. Any cross-border transfer will only occur if the destination country provides an adequate level of protection and after obtaining authorization from the National Authority for the Protection of Personal Data (ANPDP).
